From the firstmeeting to the keys.

We've divided the build process into six clear steps. Everything from design preparation through the foundation slab to turnkey delivery of the house is handled under one roof — literally. The entire build takes under 8 months.

Initial consultation · free

Getting to know you and your plot.

We meet in person or online. We'll discuss your vision, lifestyle, family, plot and budget. We leave this meeting with a clear sense of whether we're the right partner for you — and whether you're the right client for us.

Design · approx. 4 weeks

An individual architectural design.

We design every project individually — with a focus on light, a functional layout and connecting the house with its surroundings. We start from our models or design a layout entirely to measure. We present visualisations, a layout solution and a budget.

Contract · permit

Signing the contract and the building permit.

We sign a works contract with a fixed price and schedule. We arrange the project documentation for the building permit and liaise with the authorities. Throughout, the client has a single point of contact — an AURA Homes project manager.

Foundations · 4–6 weeks

Foundation slab and site preparation.

The foundation slab is part of the build. We handle the complete preparation of the plot, including utility connections and earthworks. The slab is always designed specifically for the given model and location — including its structural design and insulation.

Build · 3–4 months

Building the house and interior fittings.

The timber-frame structure goes up within a few days. Then come the insulation, façade, windows, services, interiors and finishing work. Throughout, you have access to the site and receive regular updates on progress.

Handover · keys in hand

Turnkey handover of the house.

We hand over the house fully finished — including premium fittings and eco-friendly heating. After handover we remain available for questions and any service interventions. We provide a warranty on the entire structure and its technology.

From signing the contract to the handover of the keys, it's usually 8 months. Design preparation and the building permit precede this period, and their duration depends on the specific situation of the plot and the authorities.

Yes. Our timber-frame houses have excellent thermal-insulation properties and are fully habitable year-round. Thanks to eco-friendly, energy-efficient heating, you'll enjoy comfort in every season with low running costs.

We design every project individually. Our models (AURA Luma, Terra, Silva) are a starting point — if you need to adjust the layout, extend it, change the window orientation or use different materials, we always handle that during the design preparation.

Yes. We arrange the complete project documentation for the building permit and liaise with the authorities. Throughout, the client has a single point of contact who leads the process.

Payments are made in stages according to a schedule agreed in advance in the works contract — usually on signing, after the foundation slab is completed, after the structure is erected and on handover. We specify the exact terms individually.
